This course is designed for classroom teachers to support the parents as they implement the guided meditation program at home. The teacher curriculum is based on the concept of "teach without teaching", and the parenting component is based on the concept of "parents as first teachers". There are suggestions for teaching STEM concepts in an arts-based format in order to engage the children in the content related to the animal meditation videos, as well as suggestions to engage the parents in the program and support them as they are learning.
